Although painting a room sounds easy, it can be difficult for inexperienced individuals to coat a room evenly. Too much paint and bubbles start to form, while using too little paint can leave sections pale and off-color. Hiring a professional interior painter near you can eliminate these problems. Plus, a pro can offer color and paint type suggestions, ensure that paint doesn't get on your furniture and floor, and may be able to offer specialty finishes and patterns.
Paint supplies cost anywhere from $10 to $100 or more depending on what you need. Painters will typically provide most of the supplies for a project, but sometimes they will allow you to pay for solely labor if you provide all the materials yourself. You might decide to do a DIY paint job down the road. In which case having these supplies on-hand will save you time and money.
I can't say enough great things about Saints of Paint. They went above and beyond my expectations in every possible way. They painted the entire interior of my house and the work that they did was perfect, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Not one detail was missed. On top of that, each member of the team is very friendly, honest, and considerate.
It’ll cost anywhere from $200 to $6,000 to hire a painter. Expect small jobs, like kitchen cabinets or trim, to run $200 to $2,000. Larger projects, like your home’s exterior, range from $1,000 to $6,000. To estimate your needs, figure paying $2 to $6 per square foot or $20 to $50 per hour. Actual costs vary considerably depending on coverage area, type of work and regional cost of living differences.

"I had Sam and his team come in to repaint our kitchen cabinets that were originally a dark wood stain. He cleaned, sanded, primed, and put on 2 coats of sheer white on both the doors and frames of the cabinet and they came out great. The kitchen is much brighter and even up close it is hard to tell that the original cabinets were not white. They were prompt and very communicative over the phone. We may soon hire them back to paint the kitchen next."
